If for some reason you wish to return an item, please contact the distributor who placed your original order.

• Customers may return non-defective, standard (non-special) products within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.
• All returns require prior written authorization from us.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to refuse freight collect shipments or unauthorized returns.
• Specials and custom-made products are not eligible for return.
• Approved returns are subject to a minimum handling fee of €15 or up to 15% of the value of the returned goods, whichever is greater.
• Where a replacement is approved, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to repair or replace products instead of issuing a refund.
• Warranty exclusions apply in cases of misuse, improper use, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.
